Uniting an imaging business
As a User Experience Architect at GE Healthcare, I spearheaded a Design Thinking initiative to develop a Cloud-based software product facilitating the sharing of device protocols across CT, MR, and X-ray imaging modalities. The project involved global collaboration within GE Healthcare.
I conducted a crucial Design Thinking workshop that unified three distinct imaging businesses under a single product roadmap. My responsibilities included leading user research, information architecture and interface design, culminating in a Cloud-based software solution that standardizes imaging protocols and protocol management enterprise-wide.
Additionally, I successfully initiated the acquisition of a patent for the user interface design of the protocol management product.
